I take a flexible and personalized approach to counselling, drawing from therapeutic modalities to best meet my clients needs. This includes Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness techniques. When working with children, I incorporate Art and Play therapy methods to help them express themselves in a safe and creative way.
Alongside my training in counselling, I have always had a passion for sports psychology specifically regarding my background in dance where I have trained for many years. This has inspired me to help people not just excel in their athletic endeavours but also in their everyday lives by building mental strength and emotional balance.
As I work towards becoming a Registered Psychologist, my commitment is to offer a space that is both collaborative and empathetic, where clients are seen as the experts of their own lives.
