If you’re unsure, don’t worry—our team is here to help!

2. Chat with Us

Give us a call at 780-904-4880 to speak with our admin team. This call is a chance for us to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and help you choose a therapist that fits your needs.

3. Schedule Your First Session

Once you've chosen a therapist, we’ll book your initial session. This first meeting is designed to help you and your therapist get to know each other, discuss confidentiality and consent, and set therapy goals. It’s also an opportunity for you to assess whether this feels like the right fit.

4. Build Your Therapeutic Journey

Therapy is a collaborative process. In the early sessions, your therapist will work with you to explore your challenges, strengths, and patterns. Together, you’ll develop a personalized plan to help you navigate your concerns and work toward meaningful change.
