I believe that everyone carries a unique story, and at times we all benefit from having someone walk alongside us as we discover our strengths and navigate areas of growth. As a registered provisional psychologist, it is a privilege for me to share that journey with the clients I serve.
I work with youth, adults, and couples, and have supported individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences.
My work is grounded in inclusivity, respect, and a non-judgmental approach, with care that honours each person’s values, identity, and pace. My experience includes crisis line support, education and foster care settings, and private practice, all of which have shaped a person-centred, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approach.
My theoretical background draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful and sustainable change. When working with couples, I use the Gottman Method to help foster healthier communication, deeper understanding, and stronger connection.
I strive to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and collaborative, and I look forward to supporting each client as they move toward growth, healing, and resilience.
