I believe everyone carries a unique story, and sometimes all we need is someone to walk beside us as we uncover our strengths and areas for growth. As a registered provisional psychologist, I feel privileged to take that journey with the clients I serve.
My practice focuses on supporting youth, adults, and couples. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds—through crisis line support, education and foster care settings, and private practice. These experiences have shaped my person-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approach to care.
In my work with individuals, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients create meaningful change in their lives. When working with couples, I draw on the Gottman Method to support healthier communication and deeper connection.
I look forward to supporting each client on their journey toward growth, healing, and resilience.
