Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it takes a lot of courage to reach out. I really want to acknowledge that, and to thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. It’s truly an honour to walk with my clients as they work toward growth and healing.

I’ve spent over 14 years working in the mental health field, supporting youth, adults, and families through all kinds of challenges including ADHD, Autism, trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, identity exploration, and self-esteem. As a neurodiverse therapist myself, I bring a unique perspective when supporting neurodiverse clients.

In sessions, I draw from a mix of approaches like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic and mind-body practices, and person-centered counselling. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; we can work together to find what works best for you. Whether that means building practical coping tools, exploring the past, or learning new ways to regulate your nervous system, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move at your own pace.

My work is grounded in a neurodiverse-affirming and LGBTQ2+ affirming lens, with a deep respect for every person’s capacity for resilience and growth. Above all, I aim to create a space that feels compassionate, validating, and flexible. A place where you can be yourself and feel safe sharing your story.
