I support adults, adolescents, and children through a warm, collaborative, and trauma‑informed approach. My experience includes private practice, community mental health, educational settings, and youth addictions work through Alberta Health Services. Across these roles, I’ve supported people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, burnout, identity and cultural stress, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and self‑esteem concerns.
My years of working with children and youth in therapeutic, behavioural, and school environments have strengthened my understanding of family dynamics, development, and the broader systems that shape wellbeing. This perspective enriches my work with clients of all ages who are seeking clarity, healing, or meaningful change.
I draw from narrative therapy, solution‑focused strategies, EMDR, mindfulness‑based approaches, and cognitive‑behavioral therapy to tailor our work together. I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and empowering—where you can explore what matters most and move toward the changes you want in your life.
