As a practicum student under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist, I am currently offering counselling services at a reduced rate. This role provides a valuable learning opportunity, allowing me to deliver compassionate care and contribute meaningfully to client well-being.

I am deeply committed to walking alongside each client in a way that feels authentic, safe, and supportive. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where your experiences, emotions, and stories are honored. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, uncover your strengths, and navigate life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion.

In our work together, I create a space where you can feel fully seen, heard, and understood whether that means sitting with difficult emotions, embracing your uniqueness, or discovering new ways to move forward. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic, Existential, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), integrating mindfulness, self-discovery, and spirituality. I am also EMDR trained to support deeper emotional processing and growth, including work with children.

When working with children, I incorporate Art and Play Therapy methods to help them express themselves in a safe and creative way, and EMDR can be adapted to support their emotional processing and healing.

My goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner strengths, build resilience, and live with more meaning, balance, and joy- while knowing you are never alone on this journey.
