Registered Provisional Psychologist

Life could be hard and the road to healing could be challenging. I strive to walk alongside clients as they embark on this personal journey to help them find a sense of inner worth and derive meaning from difficult challenges. I have a genuine curiosity of people and an ability to promote self-acceptance and healing through building meaningful human connections.

I address each client’s unique and multifaceted presenting concerns using a flexible composite of therapeutic techniques that promote deeper insight into personal values and self-identity. My therapeutic strategy is an integrative approach which is built on the foundation of the client-centered core conditions of empathetic understanding, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental environment for clients to explore their inner experiences and gain self-insight. Being a therapist is intrinsically rewarding and I feel honoured to be able to collaborate with clients on finding a sense of purpose and meaning to promote healing and constructive change.
