My approach emphasizes empowerment and personal growth, and together, we’ll work to (i) recognize and overcome limiting beliefs, (ii) build coping strategies tailored to you, (iii) foster resilience, and (iv) strengthen your sense of self and well-being. I draw from evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic therapy.
