I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I am a seasoned therapist with over 30 years of experience. My Master’s degree is in Marital and Family Counselling, giving me special expertise in these areas. I also have extensive additional training in many areas of psychology. I aim to apply my skills and knowledge of a multitude of psychological concerns in a gentle but efficient way to individual children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
My special skills and interests are vast and include the ares of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress and burnout, parenting issues, communication problems, gender and identity issues, and much more. I incorporate a number of treatment modalities to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. I take pride in utilizing various approaches, as I aim to give each client options and choice in their journey towards healing.
Additionally, I have significant experience working with couples and families, as well as First Nations, Police, Veterans, Correctional Officers, Social Workers, Physicians, Registered Nurses, Veterinarians, and Registered Vet Techs, along with many other first responders. I am passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate care to complex and persistent issues.
