Having worked in the mental health field for over a decade, I tailor my therapeutic approach to the needs of my clients through ongoing collaboration. My work is informed and influenced by somatic therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioural therapy, and solution focused therapy among others. Most importantly I adopt a client-centred, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed approach that aims to create safety and comfort throughout healing.
