I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist who is passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan in developing greater self-understanding, resilience, and emotional well-being. I believe in the power of collaboration and developing an alliance that is geared to help clients work through life’s challenges and find balance. My approach to therapy is grounded in a client-centered approach, where each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals guide the therapeutic process. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges and move toward meaningful change.
In my work with children, adolescents, and adults, I focus on helping clients build confidence, process difficult experiences, and develop practical skills that support everyday functioning. I believe that growth occurs when individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to make changes that align with their values and personal goals.
I integrate several evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. My work often includes supporting emotional regulation, strengthening coping strategies, and developing skills that foster resilience and self-efficacy. With younger clients, I incorporate developmentally appropriate strategies that help them express emotions, build confidence, and navigate social and academic challenges. With adolescents and adults, therapy may focus on processing life experiences, strengthening identity and self-confidence, and building tools for managing stress/burnout, relationships, work life, and transitions.
Whether you’re facing a specific issue or seeking to enhance your overall well-being, I am honoured to support you on your journey.
