As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I believe that therapy is a place where people can feel seen, understood, and supported. I'm passionate about creating a safe and judgment free space as you navigate life's challenges. Regardless if you're seeking individual, couple or family therapy, I work with all ages and diverse backgrounds with the intention of meeting you where you are in a way that feels genuine and meaningful.
I have worked closely with adults and youth experiencing trauma in all forms, recognizing that any form of trauma can leave behind a significant impact. I am also experienced in supporting people navigating neurodivergent, personality and mood disorders like anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My therapeutic approach is flexible and collaborative, tailoring each session to fit the unique needs and goals of the person in front of me. Depending on what feels most helpful to you, I may draw from various evidence-based, client-centred, and trauma-informed modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, (EFT), Gestalt Therapy, and more.
I also recognize and acknowledge that all people are different and bring in unique social, cultural or religious contexts with them that can make reaching out for therapy feel more difficult. Mental health can sometimes be a difficult subject to talk about, and I am dedicated to supporting those who may feel hesitant due to cultural or societal pressures. Wherever you are in your journey, I am committed to walking alongside you with genuineness, curiosity, and empathy.
