As a South Asian therapist, I offer a compassionate, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. I have been working in the field of mental health for the past 3 years. During this time, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of experiences and challenges. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, offering a compassionate space to explore identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. I also hold a special interest in perinatal mental health and have received training in postpartum anxiety and rage, areas that are often overlooked but deeply impactful.
My clinical experience includes working with trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder. I also support individuals navigating grief and loss, and anxiety disorders including Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Additionally, I have experience working with neurodivergent clients of all ages, including those with ADHD and autism, striving to provide affirming, and inclusive care tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered, always meeting you where you are. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to create a personalized, supportive space that fosters healing and growth. I want to thank you for considering this next step. Trusting someone with your story is a deeply personal decision, and if we do work together, I am committed to offering patience, warmth, respect, and a genuine investment in your goals.
