My previous experience providing mental health services to diverse clientele across the province of Alberta has shown me the importance of acknowledging each client’s distinctive journey.

My aim is always to create a safe and secure environment where issues can be explored without judgment and instead with patience and courage. My therapeutic strategy involves an individually tailored and integrative approach, incorporating elements from various psychotherapeutic interventions and modalities, such as CBT, ACT, IFS, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. My approach emphasizes the importance of confronting our painful emotions and experiences from a place of safety, curiosity, and honesty.
