I have many years experience working in the mental health field in a variety of positions prior to getting my provisional licence. Across these positions, I have worked alongside individuals from all walks of life with diverse backgrounds. Using a collaborative approach, I enjoy working with youth, adults, and couples with varying concerns including ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress-related issues, self-esteem, grief/loss, and sports performance. Using a variety of different therapeutic modalities, I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients so that we are able to work together to tailor their sessions to encompass their beliefs and values in a meaningful way.
Coming to therapy can be incredibly uncomfortable, but I hope that in meeting and working together that we can create a space where you feel like you have a little bit more breathing room. As you work towards your goals, I will continue to be empathetic, respectful, and encouraging towards your growth and development.
