I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist who takes a warm, collaborative, and individualized approach to supporting clients through life’s challenges. I recognize that reaching out for therapy and taking the first step toward change can feel both meaningful and difficult. Beginning therapy is an important step in prioritizing your well-being, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and respected throughout that process.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and other challenges that may be impacting their well-being. I believe each person brings their own unique experiences, strengths, and goals to therapy, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves and identify meaningful steps toward change.
In my work, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), while adapting my therapeutic style to each client’s individual needs. Together, we can create a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.
