I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist who sees therapy as a space where you can show up as you are with no pressure to have the “right” words or everything figured out. I use a client- centred approach, meaning I listen and work with you in a way that feels right for you. I also recognize that sometimes you might need a little push, so when helpful, I can be direct and highlight patterns to help you move forward with confidence. I believe you are the expert in your own experiences, and my role is to support you, offer perspective, and build on your strengths as we work together toward meaningful change.
I work with adults, children, teens, couples, and families, and have experience supporting a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, grief, sports performance, and relationship challenges. Guided by a multicultural lens, I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities feel respected and supported.
