Over the past 20 years I have worked with children, adolescents and adults from various backgrounds as a dedicated teacher, counsellor, and consultant with Edmonton Public Schools. My previous involvement as a member and assistant coach of the University of Alberta Pandas Basketball program ignited my passion for sports and performance psychology. As a certified yoga instructor my clients have the option to incorporate mindful practices, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation into their sessions. This rich tapestry of lived and work experience has shaped my personal values and professional approach as a provisional psychologist.
