Beginning counselling and sharing your story can take a great deal of strength and courage. Many people arrive feeling unsure, vulnerable, or overwhelmed, and I deeply respect the bravery it takes to take that first step. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, accepted, and genuinely heard, just as you are.

My approach to counselling is integrative and client centred, with a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens through connection, and that meaningful change is possible when people feel supported rather than judged. I trust that every person carries their own resilience and inner strengths, even when those qualities feel hard to see.

I bring over a decade of experience supporting diverse individuals who have experienced trauma, complex mental health challenges, and relational difficulties. My background includes frontline intervention work and time spent in community corrections, which has shaped my understanding of how life circumstances, systems, and past experiences can impact emotional wellbeing. This experience also allows me to appreciate the burnout, fatigue, and emotional toll often carried by caregivers and frontline staff, and the importance of caring for those who give so much to others.

I enjoy working with adults and children of all ages and strive to meet each client where they are, respecting their pace and goals. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and my work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and care. Above all, I aim to honour each person’s story and walk alongside them as they move toward healing and growth.
