I make therapy accessible. I know it can be hard to open up to someone you don’t know, or trust someone if you’ve never learned how to build or maintain trust, or reveal parts of yourself kept hidden away for fear of negative evaluation. I’m not here to judge you, I’m here to help you find how to accept yourself as you are - the “good” and the “bad”, and help you reframe “good” and “bad” as qualifiers of our experience and not personifications of our identities.
I work with children age 10 and up, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors from various backgrounds and intersections of identity. My specialties are working with relationship concerns, men’s issues, anxiety disorders, neurodivergence, and LGBTQS2+ issues.
My approach is practical, calming, inquisitive, and overall person-centred. We are all souls on a human journey and I am incredibly accepting of whatever needs to be brought up in your therapy session. I make therapy accessible by removing barriers of real or perceived power dynamics and establishing a non-judgemental space.
If you would like to talk, give us a call. I would love to connect.
