As a practicum student under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist, I am currently offering counselling services at a reduced rate. This role provides a valuable learning opportunity, allowing me to deliver compassionate care and contribute meaningfully to client well-being.
I value the knowledge and experiences that each client brings and approach my work with curiosity, openness, and a commitment to ongoing learning. I am honoured to be developing my skills while supporting clients through their own unique journeys.
My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and genuine connection. I take a client-centred, integrated approach, recognizing that every person’s experiences, needs, and goals are unique. I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside them as they navigate challenges, explore new perspectives, and work toward meaningful change.
I have a deep desire to support people through the difficult things life can bring. I believe therapy is most meaningful when it is a collaborative process, where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make choices that feel right for them. I feel grateful for the opportunity to support people as they navigate different challenges and experiences in their lives.
Whether you are an adolescent navigating challenges at home, school, or with peers, an adult working through personal or life challenges, or a couple hoping to strengthen your relationship, my goal is to support you in developing greater understanding and moving toward meaningful change. If you feel we may be a good fit, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
