If you’re considering therapy, something in your life may feel heavy, confusing, or disconnected. You may notice yourself repeating unwanted patterns, especially in relationships and even the most important relationship of all — the relationship with self. My approach to therapy is relational, depth-oriented, trauma-informed, and deeply human-centred. I offer a space to think clearly, feel and talk honestly, and explore what
drives the patterns beneath the surface. I hold deep respect for your capacity to heal and grow, and I believe that therapy creates the conditions for that growth to unfold with honesty, courage and support.
I’m especially passionate about how we communicate — both with others and with ourselves. The way we express ourselves through communication reveals a lot about what is important to us and how we make meaning of our inner and outer worlds. Drawing on my graduate training in both Professional Communication and Counselling Psychology, we examine how early experiences, attachment dynamics, and emotional
tendencies play a role in the way you move through the world — at work, in relationships, and within yourself. As we strengthen emotional awareness and build communication tools that allow us to express our needs, values, and boundaries clearly, we remain connected to ourselves while staying meaningfully connected to others.
My 15-year career in Workplace Health informs my work with professionals navigating workplace challenges, burnout, medical leave, and reintegration into demanding work environments. These complexities of work life can feel daunting, overwhelming and are often no easy feat. Within a supportive and collaborative therapeutic process, we’ll work to untangle and make sense of your experiences — one chapter at a time.
