Reaching out for support can feel unfamiliar, especially when you’re used to being the one who holds everything together for others. Many of the adults and couples I work with are navigating life transitions, grief and loss, or feeling the quiet weight of holding it all in while appearing “fine” on the outside. Underneath, there can be a sense of isolation, disconnection, or uncertainty about who you are and what you need. You don’t have to carry that alone.
My name is Kaylee, and I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to explore the patterns that keep showing up in their lives and relationships. Together, we gently make connections between early experiences and present-day challenges, helping to untangle old cycles, process emotional pain, and create space for a stronger sense of identity, clarity, and direction.
My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, relational and attachment-based perspectives, and is always trauma-informed and attentive to the nervous system. Our work is not about “fixing” you, but about understanding you, and creating meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your values and the life you want to build.
If something here resonates, you’re welcome to reach out. We can start with a conversation and see what support might look like for you.
