I’m a Registered Psychologist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young people, as well as individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage the demands of daily life.

My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are — without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I tend to be straightforward and down-to-earth, and I often bring appropriate humour into the therapy room. Therapy can involve difficult conversations, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Feeling comfortable and understood is an important part of meaningful change.

I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic theory, and person-centred therapy, all through a trauma-informed lens. In practice, this means we work together to better understand patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and develop tools that support lasting change — while also making space for curiosity and self-compassion.

I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we work toward greater insight, practical coping strategies, and a life that feels more balanced and manageable at a pace that feels right for you.
